OUR PROCESS

After your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with provided instructions to upload your side profile photo(s). Once your pictures are submitted, you will receive another email within 3-5 business days with a mock-up of your portrait(s). Please email us back within 24 hours to address any modifications. If we receive no response we will begin with the creation of your silhouette.

TIMEFRAME

Our turnaround time is 3-5 weeks from the time your pictures are approved . Once the silhouettes are complete, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

*Please note, we are committed to delivering a quality product. However, turnaround times are subject to change if we experience any setbacks or mishaps during the drying or kiln firing process. If anything were to occur, you would be notified immediately.
